Choose Your Tracks: During camp, kids will be placed into Track Times to participate in special activities together. You will select your child’s top 3 Track Time choices on the online registration form.

• Please note that we will try our best to ensure each camper ends up in one of their selected Track Times, however, we cannot guarantee that everyone will be in their #1 choice for each Track Time rotation.

Color Teams: During Camp your kids will be divided into grade-specific color teams for bunk room assignments, small groups, and recreation activities. Each grade is assigned a specific color to help distinguish the groups from one another. We highly encourage you to send them with as much of their color team’s color clothing as possible to help promote team spirit.The colors are designated as follows: 

•  Completed 5th grade – RED 

•  Completed 4th grade – BLUE 

•  Completed 3rd grade – GREEN 

•  Completed 1st & 2nd grade – YELLOW 

Important Packing Note:  Please know that water shoes are REQUIRED for anyone who wants to swim in the Pool! Please send your child with water shoes if they plan on swimming in the pool. This is the Retreat Center policy. 

Health Needs: Please ensure that you clearly communicate any and all health-related dietary restrictions, food allergies, and/or required medications for your camper in their online registration so that we can make accommodations for them.
